Application Eligibility / Required Documents
(All documents submitted must be A4 size)
Application Eligibility | Individuals who have completed over 12 years of formal education in their home country and have studied Japanese for more than one year in Japan. |

2. Graduation Certificate or Diploma (copy) of the final educational institution in the home country. Attach Japanese translation. | |

Application Period
General admissions will be accepted from late August. Applications will close once the quota is filled.
Reception Hours: Every day from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays)

Application Methods
Method 1: Submit the complete set of application documents and the selection fee of 8,000 yen at the school reception desk.
Method 2: Mail the complete set of application documents along with the selection fee (postal money order).

Admission Procedures
- Successful applicants will receive the following documents by mail within a week: admission notice and tuition payment notice and required documents for admission procedures.
- Successful applicants must pay the admission fee (180,000 yen) and tuition fees (460,000 yen), totaling 640,000 yen, within 10 days of receiving the admission notice.
- After completing the admission procedures (health certificate, two photos, confirmation of full tuition payment), an “Admission Certificate” will be issued.
- If the admission procedures are not completed by the specified date, it will be assumed that the applicant does not intend to enroll, and the admission offer may be revoked.
Dual Enrollment with University or Junior College
If you wish to cancel your enrollment at our school after completing the enrollment procedures due to being accepted by a university or junior college, please follow the procedures below.
- After passing the entrance examination of a university or junior college, submit a copy of the admission certificate from the university or junior college to the principal of our school by March 31.
- For those who meet the above conditions, the tuition fees paid will be refunded, excluding the entrance fee (180,000 yen).
Please note that if the procedures are not completed by March 31, the tuition fees will not be refunded.
For those who cannot continue their studies at our school due to unavoidable circumstances and notify us of their intention to withdraw by March 31, the tuition fees, excluding the entrance fee, will be refunded.
If the student visa application is denied due to reasons attributable to our school, the full amount, including the admission fee, will be refunded to the student.

As our school is approved by the Tokyo Governor, you can use commuter passes for JR, private railways, buses, etc. You can also receive student discount tickets for long-distance travel. - Scholarship System
The following public scholarship systems are available:
a) National Student Loan(Japan Finance Corporation)for courses of 2 years or more
b) Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO) Scholarship for courses of 2 years or more
c) Tokyo Metropolitan Scholarship for Tokyo residents (children of those who have lived in Tokyo for more than 6 months)
d) International Management Academy Scholarship: for students with excellent academic performance, character, and attendance rate.
e) There are also scholarship systems for international students under the national learning encouragement system
